Of course. I agree. As I say, many people question how a 'god' could do things but its actually the reverse. He was invented because bad things happen.

agreed. tugged a few hearstrings in me seeing those photos this morning. cant imagine how painful it must be unable to help your children when they are terminally ill.

Mate, people believe in god because children die of cancer. For many it's the thing to hang onto to get them through it.

Not religious myself but god's popularity is built on the pain and disaster within human society.

So god gave a small child an unbearably painful terminal disease which sentenced her to long,, lingering, slow and excruciating death right in front of her parents eyes.

It's the least a loving god could do.
